If you own shares, shouldn't your broker be forwarding you any vote material?
All Ben can do is make sure you are listed with the T/A. Or have the proxy vote material sent to you.

I'd start with my broker. Ask then WTH. I mean if live bodies still work at Broker houses?

And aren't these shareholder votes done online?
