I apologize. You're correct. It isn't yet scheduled but remains an optional RS.

As stated in the DEF 14C, "Under this optional reverse stock split each 4,000 shares of our Common Stock will be automatically converted into 1 share of Common Stock."

The part that confused me was the following: "the Corporate Actions cannot take effect prior to the filing of a Certificate of Change with the Nevada Secretary of State approximately twenty (20) days after the posting of this Informational Statement, which is anticipated to be on or about November 12, 2023." (found on page 4 of the DEF 14C)
