Could you please explain to me why you would buy and accept certs that you can't even deposit without major hassle when all my shares sit electronically at the broker I bought them from. I have bought and sold them numerous times with no problem at all. It seems that electronics and the internet have deemed certs a thing of the past. I'm guessing that maybe you simply insist on the physical certs? If so, why are they such a pain in the butt to use? If you can't deposit, you can't sell and if you can't sell, damn.
