the pps changed greatly, the timeline changed greatly, the tweets and transparency by Nate has changed....he knew last week this was not ready, yet he pretended it still was set for Monday. He was more than willing to come out and answer tweets, all-be-it non answers or with plenty of wiggle room for plausible deniablitliy, BUT WHERE IS HE NOW?? He could have stepped right out and told everyone don't panic, i'm working on it, this is what happened. he wouldn't answer simple questions like, Is financing locked down? and instead of just saying YES or NO, he'd answer the is there dilution question by saying contact these people. If you look back to February tweet from Nate, he said They found out that the TA was NOT reporting increases in OS and THEY had to notify the TA of that. They are ONLY REQUIRED to report change in OS ONCE A QUARTER. My guess is down the road that OS will change and truths will come out.

I hope Nate does right by those that remain loyal to him, his history doesn't suggest he will, but maybe.....
