$OPTI Congrats to our client and shareholders - somewhat of a victory in a California Court issuing a Judgment on behalf of shareholders against Roger Pawson, removing him from the Board and as CEO, preventing him from transferring any assets along with other relief. This is what happens when shareholders take matters into their own hands against corrupt boards and executives.
