I'm leaning towards the audit and think that should of stated 3.1 and a typo with 3.01. They received bank verbal agreement for the financing while waiting for the letter, and suppose that could have changed. Then 1.01 item 2 for financing should have been called out in yesterdays 8k.
I agree we should be hearing from NHMD soon to clear the air -- NHMD has been very transparent . I still think we're GOLDEN!
