Seller has not relisted the property with THEIR listing agent., a property before going into contract with SNPW which has been listed on the open market for a very long time.

If the issue was with the buyer the property would be back on the market.once the contract expired.

But if the issue is with the buyer and since the property is still not relisted the seller is still planning to still sell it to SNPW. eventually.
