we were talking about common shares, not preferred shares...two different things...

and i dont have to "remember" them...they still exist...and they were only voting shares...those two preferred shares were 400 mil votes but could be converted to common shares....for a grand total of 2 shares...

those 10k common shares were worth far more (in dollars) than those preferred shares...
