I don't like the fact that they put that tweet out on Friday. I Agree with you on this, but that doesn't necessarily mean they were trying to deceive anybody.

Maybe they thought they had everything in order to close the deal on Friday when they tweeted.

Then at the last minute prior to them filing the 8-K something must have needed corrected.

That tweet doesn't make them criminals. They did not cancel the deal and are still working on it.

It's just my thoughts on this. I am definitely not telling anyone to buy or sell based on my own decisions.

We all got to take on our own risk and invest accordingly.
