It is Bill's fault for non promotion, always trying to find the next dream instead of focusing on building this up. Why are the financials always late? Why are they usually wrong and have to be re-submitted numerous times. Why is he always short to pay bills? Six straight profitable quarters and have the back taxes been paid? Have the folks he owes money to been paid? Where does all the money go? Up in smoke.
This is truly a disgrace and he should be held responsible for not properly handling the investors money. As a CEO he has a fiduciary duty to the investors. The only hope left is if he somehow wakes up, stops pissing money on bad ideas and hires a professional company to handle promotion.
