Then there's that Gov hatred of shareholders thing just oozing out of DC again. Next to Jews, Christians and Trump supporters, we're the most hated group on the planet. Isn't an Obama/Biden controlled narrative such a wonderful thing? Thanks for sharing though.

Gossip but the first ! My wife works for the largest privately owned builder in the United States. They are very large in Canada as well. She has been with them 11 years as a Sales Consultant. They have been around for 45 years. They own more land in Sarasota County FL than any other builder. Matter a fact they donated the land to the Atlanta Braves for their state of the art Spring Training Facility which is 2nd to none to get them
in Venice/NP Florida.

She knows my stake in FMCC, she’s been hearing the story for a good 8-9 years now on Fannie & Freddie. All I get from her is yeah, yeah but expected after 36 years of marriage.

For the first time in 11 years, the President of the company on a zoom call mentioned their names.
He stated it’s all political, but what he’s hearing and shared with the National Sales Team is they will be exiting conservatorship.

Just thought I would share.
