Howdy Ho Ms fung_derf!

I'm certain that it's a bit more than 100sqft. I don't have the lease information or brought my tape measure, but it's the only tenant on the 6th floor of the building. My best estimate is around 6000sqft.
And let me tell ya, the restrooms are fancy. Shoe polishers, fancy sanitizing hand dryers, automatic air freshener (a potpourri scent), oh and the women's bathroom doesn't have one of those coin operated machinery thingies so I guess it's a BYOT arrangement.

Not sure how'd you'd expect a business such as CytoDyn to run out of a 10'x10' room, but this is probably the best you can do, so it's fine.
