.....very, very PECULIAR activity in NY federal court on "related" LIBOR cases involving.....UWBI..........?????......frantically RUSHING approval of a SECRET settlement betwen UBS and the city of Baltimore.......and a request for comments from class members, who at present are not even class members (our appeal)......and then the FDIC directly files the hague convention approval request (tissue paper trojan horse, imo) which is legally, imo, not required...........
....all of this UBS/FDIC legal gamesmanship is weak posturing.................re-read the Deutsche Bank settlement agreement and all is explained.......DB rats out UBS, but DB is kissing the rear end of the FDIC............whatever............LET THE ANIMALS DO WHAT ANIMALS IN THE ZOO, do............have sex and SH*T.........
.............no worries and no hurries for the UWBI cusip shemales................earning interest as the FDIC fights to get us more monies.................very cool.............
