I agree with half your thesis - it's clear now that insiders are selling their stock when they can generate some volume with selectively released information timed to benefit them rather than meet Reg FD requirements.

I emphasise the now because Babs was offloading millions of shares for years without the legally required disclosure (which I suspect is going to get her and Emil into a lot of trouble down the road).

What doesn't make sense is that insiders would sell their shares at these prices at all, if they really believed the patents were going to hold up and result in damages in the billions of dollars within the next couple of years. They know what's actually happening with these law suits, and apart from a few gnostic and oblique hints (which are always ultimately revealed to be misleading) from Malak and Inza and their paid sock-puppets on this very message board, shareholders really don't.

If you want to see the future of HDVY, then go look at fellow would-be patent troll HDVY and the misery that false hopes over such cases can cause. Interestingly, HDVY was pimped by some of the very same folk who tout VPLM.
