I agree with Penny on this one.

1. They are paying themselves back (not salary mind you - they are getting that too) at expense of shareholders...millions....look at cash flow statement. ...the convertible debt piper will have to be paid....all the kool aid drinkers want to bury their heads in the sand like CD does not exist

2. 16 months from when i wrote that post and this ticker has gone straight down...

3. There are huge red flags here....fixable, but stupid to ignore
