cross appeals on Sonterra...............????........this week....???............could be a problem with this UBS appeal...???.....basically arguing that derivative financial instruments are not directly affected by the LIBOR interest rate INDEX.......???.....fair point, but that has already been determined IN COURT - - that derivatives ARE IMPACTED............by the criminal act of manipulating the base LIBOR rate.....???..........our appeal is that the 15 banks are not complicit, imo....which a judge feels the banks ARE NOT............long determined that "participation" in commercial lending carries with it pertinent consequences....????..............
