MVNT has a long record of LATE filings.

Unfortunately, because of this fact OTCM is unlikely to extend MVNT's grace period. So it's basically going to be 15 days and you're out of the PINK category and into the EM tier of garbage.

Real question is when did MVNT start their 15-day grace period? GLee wrote a post on 10/31/2023 noting that MVNT was in a 15-day grace period.

If Oct. 31 was day 1 of this grace period, then day 15 would be Nov. 14. I recall first seeing this grace period designation on a Monday (Oct. 30) but did not post it on the board. If this was Day 1, then day 15 would be Nov. 13. In either case, MVNT still has all of this coming week to post their 2023 fins.

Let us hope that it doesn't come down to the last 1 or 2 days of the grace period. That would be too much stress, at least for me. Anyway, looking forward to news this coming Thursday or Friday as those seem to be MVNT's most preferred days for posts on "X".
