.Shala Project is the only one that we can be sure is a Falakna's project. Time ago someone told me Falaknaz was intrested in Bence Tepelene hpps too.
Shala project will face strong resistance to go forward. But not to much as Skavica.
But anyway we have a 200M project. Where are the rest of 3.8B in projects?
