You do realize he’s the founder and owner of a large liquor company in China right? He’s more than just some washed up singer like you think.
He is also the top executive of 11 other businesses in China. Any of which could end up getting merged into TGGI.
He is also very popular in China with a huge following, all of which would love to buy into TGGI as soon as it gets to $.10 pps as that is the buy requirement in China
There is nothing dirty about this shell and he is obviously committed to it and getting to NASDAQ.
