I definitely have no personal knowledge of who bought, I'm just reading the chart. And I am extremely skeptical of your hedge fund theory so I am confident that that is not what happened.

Plus, I've mentioned this before, but there won't be a decision from NVSC for months, and if it does happen quickly that likely means the district court will be reversed. The only way the NVSC will make a quick decision is if they thinks there is a clear defect and they don't need to discuss or research any nuance.

Also, outside of NVSC clerks/judges drafting the decision, nobody "knows something" before the rest of us. I'm pretty sure even Sharp himself finds out by checking the court website, same as the rest of us. But that's speculation, I'd love to hear from anyone that has experienced something like this before.
