Your post says nothing. Bottom line: I did not take quotes from the docket or from filings out of context. You did, referring to settled matters as if they just cropped up.

That is dishonest. Or maybe it's just stupid. Whichever it may be, you should stop. You obviously know nothing about any of this. Rather like the benighted shareholder trying to sue.
