There's no news or anything to really comment on, but they did a massive reverse split, which brought the OS down to a very small value (for an OTC stock). That split made the share price $0.05 per share, but scared existing investors dumped it down to around $0.015, so now we are trying to climb back up to the $0.05 level.

The OS is tiny, so now we are seeing huge spreads between bid and ask (which happens with a tiny OS).

The buying now is all speculative, with no news to go on, but people are anticipating some good news.

The company did not reduce the AS however, which is a huge mistake, and will hinder some new investors from buying at higher price points.
