I would suggest that Adnan Shennib be indicted as well as the Moore family. He was the Cto of $INND, are we to believe that he didn't know what was going on all the while he was taking his stock true-ups and sitting at the big boy table. Was he a co-conspirator, was he ignorant, is he stupid, or did he just not care? Either way, I think he is complicit an d should be charged!
The only reason that he is acting now is because he is trying to salvage something from the stupid deal he signed. He knew what he was getting into, he had to of known that Mattyboy was committing fraud.
If he didn't know, he is stupid, criminal, or incompetent. Which one is it Adnan? Are you also a criminal??
If Adnan is truly a victim, then he should be filing a complaint of fraud and filing a lawsuit. If he does neither, then I would think that he only doesn't do so because he doesn't want to have to answer the tough questions himself.
And, while I think that Mattyboy and his family are all criminals and should go to jail, we can't turn a blind eye to the fact that whoever took back the domain name and such, are thieves as well. You can't just unilaterally decide that you want to terminate something like that. If Adnan did this, then he stole it from $INND.
Birds of a feather--- they all seem to be crooks to me, including Adnan. The question is, does Adnan have the integrity or balls to come forward and put out a statement? If not, then indict him too, he and Mattyboy can share a cell and ass-finger each other for the next 15-20 years!
