I agree with you man…unfortunately the problem comes from within. We have individuals who constantly tell Mark and Jim what a great job they are doing. They have giving Mark and Jim such a long leash Mark and Jim have to be thinking why hasn’t anyone put any “real” pressure on us??? Management feels zero pressure or sense of urgency because them salary checks always clear year after year. We have smart, successful individuals/investors who know we are being treated unfairly but some odd reason are desperately afraid of Mark,Jim and Scott?? It’s like they are looking for approval from them?? It’s odd Stockholm syndrome behavior???

Let’s all make a promise from the list Advocate77 has made. If management does not have the entire list completed before the annual NioCorp meeting in late December no brown nosers are allowed to attend meeting this year lol. If said brown noser does attend they are not allowed to ask mark, Jim, Scott, Dean easy softball questions they always ask year after year(Boring). Enough is enough. Only difficult, direct and uncomfortable questions will be allowed this year. Play time over boys and girls The proverbial rubber has hit the road as its put up or shut up time. If mark chooses yet again not to answer difficult questions we need to have emergency meeting to vote and fire Mark Smith as CEO of NIOCORP!! This will give mark time to put 100% focus on destroying IBC. How we don’t have the demo and feasibility results already completed is a massive travesty( should have been done a year ago)….We are to blame. We have giving Mark and jim all the power in this one sided cruel relationship :(


- an offtake for 200 million per year in REE with Stellantis in early November,
- the results of the updated FS indicating a NPV of 3.5 billion in the middle of November,
- a grant of 800 million by EXIM by the end of November/beginning of December,
