ok,i'm just asking,but
why would a 300 million dollar company want to go public and incur all the extra expense and headaches.
much less going public in a pinkie that isn't audited and has a huge SS,pretty much bottom of the barrel.l think sometimes people lose sight of just how low on the evolutionary ladder of public companies the pinkies are.we're talking primordial.
that's not gonna garner them much respect from any serious investors. unless they just wanna sell stock...but they're already worth 300 mill,so that can't be it.
like i say,just asking.
oh well who cares,bring in a start up.,take it to a nickle and i'll be thrilled.
