I am only tracking Barbara. but I will give you info on her sales.

She received 322,590,142 shares most in 2020 and 2021.
She sold the following
2020 34,015,441 shares sold $499,340 proceeds
2021 50,133,646 shares sold $847,506 proceeds
2022 28,743,105 shares sold $413,418 proceeds
2023 48,306,320 shares sold $1,917,500 proceeds with 1 1/2 months left to sell.

Percentage sold 49.97% With her likely shares sold this week of 400,000 Barbara (or actually Emil) will have sold more than 50% of their shares.

Is this not a red flag?
I hope Emil goes to jail for a long time if this turns out to be a big lie and the company just drops the case and shuts down. If that happens or the go to trial and lose big the SEC should go after Emil with everything they have. He and Barbara should be in jail for several years. Fraud is a big deal and if the case is not real he is committing fraud.

I know they have won a lot of little battles. But they haven't fought the war yet. I have heard judge Albright forces a settlement. That hasn't been the case thus far. There should be no more information requested by the defendants. It's time to go to trial and see if this case is real. Set the date and don't allow it to move.

But if this ends badly there will be a trial for a class action and hopefully they get all the correspondence from the legal teams. It would be interested to know if they have indicated that the likelihood of a win in court is low and that the likelihood of a settlement is very low. If emails show Emil and Barbara have sold $3.67 million in stock knowing that the trial results will be bad it would be an open and shut case to convict Emil and his wife.

So far this whole thing is a joke.
