Janice, I'm sorry for the delayed response. Work today has been packed with meetings and little free time to shit post you.

I guess at this point, we wait and see who is right. I just do not understand why you can't close out your short position? If nothing else, please explain to me why. There has been 1 soul dumb enough to try and doctor a photo to look as if he was able to close his position, which was quickly shown false. Otherwise, if I was getting nothing and shorts won, why can NO ONE post their 100% gain off shorting? Why are they discussing the NOLs transferring? Why is a company that's liquidating spend any more money discussing a new security?

Wouldn't the court rule against such frivolous spending as all monies should be going towards BK and not on lawyers talking about a pointless new entity? On top of that hours and hours were spent trying to figure out said new securities share price? Or did you miss that docket?
