There is NO confidentiality left Biowin. You've already gone down that rabbit hole that doesn't exist.
December 23rd, 2019 - the court appointed monitor was discharged with "NO plan of arrangement filed" in the process.
I know you don't know what that truly means, I would try to explain it but it's obviously pointless.
Look it up, research it.
The court case/the process, has ended, it is closed.
