i guess we will see who is right. I have a small position and sold most holding between 0019 and 0022. I will say for a company that has previously filed several Pre14s and Def14s in the past, that amounted to nothing, along with 8Ks that did not follow 4 days after the Def14s, which means this 8K might not hit this week or next but hopeful this time the company actually puts something together that brings value to the shareholders, not holding my breathe
