Creative, yes. Buy out the jps at face value and commons at $20 will cost less than $60B. Then, the Administration can re-ipo Fannie and Freddie at about $120B, and do whatever reforms they want. It is a quick fix to make another $60B profit and do away all the lawsuits and potential refunds of NWS excessive payments (over $100B by my estimate).
