To me it comes down to if Lim's Financial Statements are legit. If so, the gold in inventory alone is worth the market cap of the company.

Best thing Nils could do is take the cash (if there actually is any) out of Indonesia and pay for the audit to be done. Hire a US audit firm, pay the fees, and get it done. My guess is he's trying to do the audit on the cheap, and this just isn't something to go cheap on. Investors need reliable, trackable data in order to gauge their risk of loss.
