If there is an accountable entity that could file the appropriate documents to either keep DWOG in existence or officially end it, it would be Curtis Sparrow, the most recent CFO of DWOG. Curtis is now a director of Regenex Corp. previously known as Mineworx. As CFO of DWOG managing the books and filings, it would have been his duty and responsibility to file the appropriate documents.
