To be clear, I don't see a buyout price less then $600m

I also suspect that any company actively pursuing Elite has already bought up tons of shares.

It's one of the scenarios out there that our little overseas friends are part of.

I have heavily considered that a company looking to buy Elite could have bought up 20-40% of the company over the last three years and then buy the company at $600m and the real cost to them is only 400m ...again rough numbers.

Our little friends here are organized, have tons of aliases and are generally overseas. Also unsophisticated and the ones perceived as being knowledgeable get caught talking out their ass on occasion. So these things aren't mutually exclusive but I doubt they are part of that
