In there (SIC) tweet on 9/28 they said they were

planning on sharing a Q & A interview with him that will go out in our 3rd Quarter (Q3) update to be issued in the last 1/2 of the month
.

I think the Q&A turned into just addressing every question they got in the Q3 but not in the form of a Q&A just by sharing information. I think that is why that update had so many sections. Just a guess, but they did say it would be released in (not with) the Q3 update.

Why should the shareholders have to think about the Q&A? Shouldn't the company be in touched with shareholders instead of just sending out mindless tweets?
