Actually,
I believe there is.
I have experienced it first hand.
Now the window may only be 30 minutes or so after the bell, but I was in _____ (I will leave the name blank, to not kill the stock for others) at its high a few months back, at .0009
and right after close, there were 60million shares seperately traded.
NOW.......they may have been fills, that were allowed to go through late, I dont know. However this consistantly happened for about a week or so with this security.
Needless to say I was not happy.
Normally when you buy and hit the ask on the high at end of day...youll at least have a nice pop in the morning. However, when I seen double the shares traded after the bell....I tripped. Oh, and it brought it down to 1/2 th pps. Not cool at all. Just my own observation.
Hopefully what happened was not legal/normal-as in IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. (maybe security caught wind to it?)

It is a puzzling thing. The truth knocks on the door and you say, "Go away, I'm looking for the truth," and so it goes away. Puzzling.
