It does not belong to VZ. They have no authority to say anything. The largest shareholder who remains a mystery gutted the company years ago by selling the assets to Telogis. The entire operation has been an orchestrated scam that benefited the insiders. Most jumped to Telogis and then they obtained millions in funding which they divided up. V bought them out and they scored again. The Patents were split among 2 entities. SWIR just sold recently and one of the officers jumped to INSG. You need to follow the patents and who has rights to use them.
