Let's be clear Howdy. The first notice only had to do with NXPL's not having an annual meeting. The meeting was held and that issue was fixed. About Fernandes and Frost...none of us know what is going on behind the scenes with RXMD and NXPL. We'll see soon enough. Remember there's about 10 million $s in RXMD's coffers ready to be put to work. Haters?? seems to me that you and your buddy have cornered the haters market.

By the way, a nice 5000 share buy went thru on NXPL @ $1.53.
