I believe we need to look at all this as if we have no investments priority in ether corporation either way. We see the long fight we had with Intel in several courts. Next the real proof would come from what HDC found in the discovery phase. I don't even need to go into that as we all read the results. So without trying to place a positive or a negative what do we have?

If very little was found/proof within the discovery phase than that could be the reason such a low amount within settlement, also what percent of our technologies were used? it isn't like SVM-RFE was like 1% or even close if at all?

First we have a company "HDC" not showing a smile of sincere success involving the Intel settlement.

We have no real management structure (which will stop us dead in the water by the OTC regardless of ever filing all our late SEC filings.

Not even Colleen or Ed *so far expressing success or expressing anything correct?

So how are investors to look at all this.

Now I do wonder if Intel (I'm stretching) will license maybe $2 million per years rights? However I wonder (and it could be very true) with some of the other lawsuits that corporations had with Intel did Intel (after initial payment) license technology from the company that had sued them.

I keep on thinking, without any announced of Interim CEO or a forward plan that there is simply no plan, yet we all are trying to make things fit due to our investments not from what we are seeing with our own eyes.

You know HDC could announce "something" and they are not and for other investors to state that they can't is clearly BS. There are so many things HDC could have touched on but refuse leads me to think they are in a corner with no way out.

Remember that "Laurie Vennwest" and his talks with HDC has probably shifted as well as HDC's but these "Series D shares" that I talked about and feared (before Vennwest") are front and center.

All in all let's hope this ends well for all of us shareholders ....or has this already ended? 🙄 or 🏁
