While generally I agree, if you look at the financials, they aren't making enough money to buy back shares, this business model can only support day to day activities.

It is so very rare that an OTC company buys back shares. They usually put the money towards the company. 99% of OTC companies do not really care about the shareholders. Its business first so thats where the money goes. Buying shares does not help the balance sheet.
