So let me see if I have the crime formula being followed correct...
Sell a crap-ton of shares short (up to $68B not yet purchased), that aren't even borrowed by pointing and citing easy-to-find-locates at quadrillions of FTX tokens (that are not backed by anything), spend the money from the sales lavishly and live high on the hog with new homes and trips to Disney for everyone you rub elbows with, then seek too-big-to-fail SIFI status so that it's everyone else that has to pay for the SHF mismanagement/crime/malfeasance when the house of cards comes crashing down and the bills come due.
Must be nice...until it's time to pay the Piper. After all, if the future will be rotting away in a jail cell until dead (ie. Bernie) or a revolution of pitchforks and torches, then why not live it up while they can, eh?
