"The Buyer" on Friday, Oct. 20th knew something but they knew it would not be prudent to buy the day or week before the good news was PR'ed .... That would look too much like "insider trading" !!!! News could come at anytime but "The Buyer" may have been buying a few weeks before earnings and "CC" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
