One of the things Melvin has mentioned before and takes great pride in is that they have worked very hard to build the company up without debt obligations. Impressive for a company that does $10m+ a year.

One thing that’s very interesting to me is Melvin could sit on a 7 figure paycheck, but instead goes public and reinvests profits into growing the business.
