Tell that to the original poster who
1. Stated that there was no increase in the float, therefore no dilution and
2. That there was no increase in the float per the 6/30/23 filing, but failed to mention the current TA Verified "Held at DTC" count.

While you're at it, maybe tell $mONI to update the float on OTCM (THEIR responsibility) to reflect the DTC number. It hasn't been updated since 3/29/22, so WHO exactly is not being "accurate" here, eh?
