BeamMeUpScotty, With those thoughts.

On the surface it may seem that this would be a plausible position on which to engage in a conversation. However I find major flaws with your logic, as well as your deductive reasoning. Let me explain.
quote:" Unless an overseas listed company is domiciled in a highly structured regulated economy/ financial centre anything that they say is very hard to independently verify."

You make two mistakes here, First is the allegation that SA is not an organized economy with regulatory standard's in place worthy of acceptance by the investment community is simply false My first argument would be that they were organized enough to make an entity (OTCM Markets) obey their local laws and not gain access to records protected by the same Government. The same South Africa has formal relationships with numerous fortune 100 companies well as trading agreements with many countries. So i'd call that acceptable to most of the world a highly structured economy. It would also be VERY hard to dismiss Dr J standing next to the Minister and president of SA engaging in MULTIPLE conferences and engagements, references to growing licenses and future of SA knowing that also these POSTS are on His timeline? WITH HIS NAME next to it ,and the statements of this being the largest farm in the world. And he STILL does other conferences afterwards with him? Other heads of state AT THE FARM in his office? So they ALL lying? hmmm. but let's move on

Next ,you infer that the magnitude of this contract would quote " destabilize" the entire cannabis market.
That accusation is simply absurd and shows either a lack of understanding of how long RSAMMD has been in business (40+ years) and their relationship with TXTM. The contract did not fall out of the sky, and neither did the hemp. What the contract represents is a simple redirection of a small percentage o of the production capacity of RSAMMD to the market via TXTM. So the capacity and production IS ALREADY IN THE MARKET and has been since they started producing it.

I'm going to ignore the rambling in the middle of the post since its foundation is flawed and isn't worth responding except to say you do not know if RSAMMD has been audited directly but their is evidence that they have been. The references to FDA offices and AAA bonds being issued is a huge indicator of a underwriter and audit of not only this finances, buy also validation of their production capacity and statistical process controls which are needed to work with ANY FDA regulated customer. So unless you think all that hemp went to thy guy on your street corner that holds no merit. Just because you don't see it does not mean it does not exist.

Next up is your dilution claim, which is unfounded , unproven and is clearly a result of Share conversion by the Former owner David Lewis. For you to paint this as an action by the company is simply irresponsible, especially since their is a filing DIRECTLY addressing this as to the share audit showing no conversions at the time, and there is no evidence correlating to the filings to support such an accusation.
You are absolutely entitled to your thought. the problem is it simply forces us to deny too many things in plain view to make what you say not only implausible but simply not rational.

Your thoughts demand us to call the entire government of SA a lie, it multiple representees, foreign representatives and ministers, to have Dr J lie to their faces as they sit in the front row? and speak AFTER and BEFORE HIM? and say nothing? Do you not see the absurdity in this? Either it's ALL a lie, or you make all of this go away and YOU GO fly over the farm and show me barren land.

Till then i'll bet against this conspiracy that clearly took millions to create this fake company over decades of interviews, flyovers, governments endorsements, pictures' going back DECADES to support your "trust me bro" thoughts..

Meanwhile in the real world he continues to pay for lawyers. accountants fees, TA fees, business insurance and all the things it takes to even keep a company registered, i guess that's a conspiracy too, cause we not paying for those, not on our balance sheet, but, you know we will just overlook overlook that. respectfully..NO
