And why the heck would someone do that when they had an offer to buy all their shares out at around .18? To work for almost 20 years to just then torpedo things like you're suggesting, at a much lower price makes zero sense. And, there's been nothing in the filings to suggest things have turned for the worse. As a matter of fact, I think the filings show the opposite.

We know about how much the damages assessment are for tMobile and I would think v and amzn would be close to the same. And, I would think it could definitely be appropriate for Albright to add treble damages to all cases, which in my mind puts us up around $18-27 billion for all 3 cases.

The only reason I can think of for the selling is to be in a more comfortable position to purchase future warrants & options.

Lets not forget that if (I think more like when, based on the VP response) Amazons 606 re-examine attempt fails, that will wipe out any future (and I think past (Koh) too) alice 101 issues, which not only solidifies the RBR patent/family, but I think also then puts Apple/ATT back on the hook. Maybe that's why all the secrecy of the Apple/Att "without prejudice"; however, I don't think that'll ever happen, just too much of a lift there.

Anyway just my ramblings.

Happy Sunday!
