KBLB has been implying that they were adding 2 new positions over the past 6 months.

In a PR dated 28 Feb 2023, KBLB stated that they added "2 new positions":

In another PR dated 19 Jul 2023, they once again doubled-down and stated that they filled "2 new positions".

Yet, a comparison between the last 2 S-1/A documents filed with the SEC by KBLB shows that they only increased their full-time staff by 1 individual (and not 2).

This is from S-1/A (#13) filed on 6 Jun 2023:

"The Company currently employs between 8-11 people at its U.S. facilities, 6 full-time and up to 5 part-time, including Kim Thompson, our officer and sole director and Jonathan R. Rice, our Chief Operating Officer."

This is from S-1/A (#14) filed on 1 Sep 2023:

"The Company currently employs between 9-12 people at its U.S. facilities, 7 full-time and up to 5 part-time, including Kim Thompson, our officer and sole director and Jonathan R. Rice, our Chief Operating Officer."
