Have been 6-digit shares in FMNA & FMCC commons for 8-9 years in the sex, drugs & rock & roll allocation of my investments, not selling, not opted out, just waiting for USG to be forced to do the right thing and benefit from it since I don't think there is any reason for them to change from status quo on their own

the 1.63% + (1.63% * 5%) = 1.712% suggestion is adding 5% to and above the 1.63 discount rate, as opposed to the 6.5% in the post I replied to, which is 400% above the discount rate, just different interpretation of the math. Lamberth has not been on our side, and his verbiage in ruling was not that cut and dried to me, I could be wrong, just wanted to help people manage expectations - I'd be thrilled with 6.5%, it's just not how I read it. The payback will come when it comes, and I'll pour myself a few Tangueray & tonics while we wait
