First, I agree with the board on Loc’s tireless contributions, and actually enjoy his stream-of-consciousness posting style. Also, I whole-heartedly agree with Loc. Alan has be a huge contributor, and our only insight into Intel and its domain. Smart, thorough and frustratingly reasonable.

I guess we are relegated to the “but not limited to.” Non-material. I’ve researched, but can’t find a formula for the “materialness” of a company’s expense. So, I’m going to create one. 1% of a company’s annual revenue. 1% of 60 billion would be >600 million.

I now have to ponder the philosophical paradox of being non-material.
