Keep it simple.

1. Moving Average (simple/exponential/weighted)
2. Time-frame (1m, 5m, 30m, 4h, 1D, 1W, 1M)

BTC can go to 69k and may be seen as bearish if you pick a 1-min time frame (INTV CEO's favorite)

Usually, 200 MA and Daily Time Frame are used to represent the bull/bear trend.

BTC right now is bullish on 4h, 1D, and 1 W.
(Need 16 years of history for 200 MA on Monthly chart)
