Getting ready for a new offering while this is in the .20's/.30's? And then the underwriters can get a %15 discount on top of that?

Any guess where the offering price will be? My wild guss is .33 - .37 for what? $8 - $15M? That's a LOT of continued dilution. Up to 42M shares ought to cover it. Maybey they can get to 150M OS by the time they delist or do another RS around New Years.

I still think there's some news pending that could make this risk worthy by Christmas.

I like roulette.
